Reunited and it feels so good!
So Grateful For This Reconnection
Hello, awesome ones! It has been a few months since our last Mindfood connection and I’m excited to tell you why.
Since March of this year, my travels have taken me to the mountains of Vermont, Costa Rica’s beaches, volcanoes, and rainforest, the jazz clubs of New Orleans, the beaches and volcanos of the Big Island of Hawaii, and the coast and woods of Maine. Now I sit here at my desk upon arriving fresh from a family reunion under the Charleston, South Carolina sun. Phew!
Never before in my life have I had such a varied and sacred stretch of travel for education, spiritual enrichment, family time, and through it all, pleasure!
Between trips, and often as I was on the move, I’ve been grateful to be seeing those of you with whom we are co-creating in consciousness design sessions, Align+Flow sessions, and all y’all who have made it to Rebel Queen Circle and the Bliss Talks online. Thank you for those connections!
Additionally, I had been exceptionally occupied with my Spiritual Directorship postgraduate program, which came to a glorious close at the end of July. After two and a half years of study, I find myself thrilled to reconnect with you all anew! I feel more exhilarated than ever to offer my approach to consciousness and relationship design in even more innovative ways.
While I love cocreating together in our work in sessions, circles, and retreats, I am in process with writing the next book, as well as creating the Bliss Mystic Collective app with the Collective team! I look forward to sharing more about each of those offerings soon.
